Unlike traditional online utility websites that transmit your images, PDFs, passwords, tokens, or documents to remote cloud servers for conversion, ToolBari executes all operations locally in your device's memory using standard browser APIs (HTML5 Canvas, WebAssembly, Web Crypto, and JavaScript).
2. No Account or Registration Required
You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide an email address, phone number, or payment information to use ToolBari. We do not maintain user databases, credentials, or tracking profiles.
3. Local Storage & Preferences
We only use your browser's local storage to remember your client-side visual preferences (such as your chosen Light/Dark theme). This data remains entirely on your personal machine and is never synchronized to any external server.
4. Third-Party Hosting & CDN
Our static website bundles are delivered via high-performance Content Delivery Networks. Standard server access logs (such as IP address and user-agent) may be recorded by hosting providers solely for DDoS mitigation, security, and traffic routing.
